Kensington Mansion – London
The challenge was to redesign the spaces and decorate them according to an Italian New Classic taste, to offer both an image of representation and an allure of conviviality. All the materials used are Made in Italy: from the finest marbles, to the brass finishes and boiserie, to the pieces of furniture and lighting fixtures. On the walls, the lime putty offers continuity to the mirror surfaces, on which the light of the round wall lamps Scùr & Ciar and of the ceiling lighting fixtures (all designed by us) are reflected. The most used material for lighting is gold-colored brass, which is found both at the entrance of the house, with Luster and Lustrin lamps suspensions, and in the bathrooms where we have created bespoke lamps to merge with the minimal lines of the bathroom.
